Your order will typically ship within 12 to 15 days from the university. Once it’s ready, we ensure it’s shipped promptly. If you place your order after the cutoff time (usually by 2 PM EDT), it will ship the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Can Anything Delay My Order?
While we strive for efficiency, unexpected delays can sometimes happen due to factors like weather or circumstances beyond our control. Additionally, if you request proof of your order, that might add time to the process. Once shipped, however, most orders arrive on time.
What is Our Delivery Success Rate?

International Shipping: For Canada and other international destinations, shipping rates depend on your location. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to see real-time shipping costs.

What Does Our Packaging Look Like? Your documents will be shipped in secure, flat packages designed to protect them. We ensure your privacy by keeping the packaging discreet—no mention of our website or the contents of the package.
Are There Any Locations We Don’t Ship To? Due to courier restrictions or business decisions, we cannot ship to certain regions such as Iran, Cuba, Colombia, Spain, Iraq, and others. If you’re in one of these locations, please contact our sales team for alternative solutions.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Note that it may take a few hours for the tracking number to become active as the package needs to be scanned into the system first.
Do I Need to Sign for My Package? Yes, a signature is required upon delivery to confirm receipt of your order. You can have it delivered to an alternative address (like your workplace or a hotel) if you’re unavailable. Alternatively, you may leave a signed note requesting the driver to leave the package, though this is at the driver’s discretion.
If you’d prefer to pick up your package in person, you can request that it be held at your local delivery hub. Just add this note to your order form so we can inform our shipping team.
